In my early 20's, I started painting roses on canvas and was immediately hooked on the way acrylic paint could transform an image into a beautiful work of art.
Though my style has changed over the years, I still really enjoy layering bright coloured paint to achieve rich textures, fluid details and an overall loose style of floral imagery.

I use artist's grade acrylics, and pastels on gallery depth canvas, all of which are wired and ready to hang. I also paint the sides of the canvas so framing is not always necessary.

I love taking photos of flowers wherever I go. Their natural colour combination helps me choose a colour palette to create a harmonious design.
